PURCHASE
Please follow the online procedure carefully to make a purchase. We are reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it has doubts about its truthfulness (in the event of incomplete or inconsistent biographical information, a past history of payment defaults, or doubts about the authenticity of the credit card) or if the products are unavailable. The notice of the order's refusal or cancellation (via email) may not necessarily be made in a timely manner, and it may also be made following a subsequent contact by the customer.
HOW TO PURCHASE
Purchasing is easy:
1. Click on the product you would like to purchase to see the product page and all relevant, detailed product information. Select the quantity and size, if applicable, and then click on “Add to Cart” or "Buy Now".
2. To purchase immediately, click on “Checkout”. To change the contents of your cart, select “Quantity” and update your cart. To remove the product, click on “Remove”. To visualize the products in your cart and to place your order, click on “Checkout”.
3. Enter the required information for shipping and select a payment method: Credit card, Klarna or PayPal.
Lastly, read the summary of your order and click on “Purchase”.
1. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with the identifying information for your order and a confirmation that it was properly placed.

Availability of the products
Are ordered products always delivered?
If the products are discontinued, stock shortages may occur if orders are placed at the same time. Appropriate information will be sent.
Is it possible that products will be available again later?
Due to returns, this may happen in some cases.
Is partial delivery automatic?
No, unless the subsequent delivery date of certain articles is delayed enormously. In these cases, FC is entitled to make partial deliveries.

Cancellation policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The customer has the right to revoke his contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods, the withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by him has taken possession of the last goods of his order. In order to exercise the right of revocation, the customer must inform the FC by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, an e-mail or by fax) of his decision to revoke this contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The customer may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

Excluded are already reduced goods, vouchers and shipping costs. Of the several applicable discounts, the highest applies in each case.
Further notes
If you order by entering your user profile (membership number must be stored here), you will automatically receive the discount. The discount will not be displayed in the shopping basket, but will be deducted directly from the sales price in the order step "PAYMENT & SHIPPING". If you have not yet ordered anything or do not have your login details to hand, please contact us. Note on purchasing on site: Fan club members need the ID of the fan club chairperson when shopping on site.

All items ordered can be returned within 14 days.

We ship our packages quickly and securely with our shipping service provider DHL.
Prices
Orders placed abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a delivery reaches the country of destination. Any additional costs incurred for customs clearance are to be borne by the recipient. Customs regulations vary from country to country. FC has no influence on the fees and cannot provide any information on this. For further information, please contact your local customs authorities.
